Frequently Asked Questions
Welcome to our FAQ page, where we've compiled a list of commonly asked questions about our products. We understand that choosing the right product can be daunting, and we want to make your decision-making process as seamless as possible. If you can't find what you're looking for, please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions as we are always happy to assist you.
How is this legal?
In 2018 the United State Department of Agriculture released what is known as the "2018 Farm Bill" which set forth the rules related to hemp production in the United States. In 2019 Texas adopted these rules by passing HB1325 which is Texas's specific legislation regarding hemp in the state. We comply with HSC 443 and have a compliance officer on staff to make sure.
Do you have a physical storefront?
We do not happen to have a physical storefront location open to the public. At some point, we do hope to open a small factory store where clients can come meet us face to face. Otherwise, we have our online store and have the ability to answer your questions if you need to ask any.
Will I test positive on a drug test?
Depending on the product you're using, there is a chance you do in fact test positive on a drug screen. Any of our THC products, regardless if they are Delta-8 or Delta-9, will result in a positive result on a drug screen that is looking for THC and its metabolites. With CBD products, we like to be cautious and warn that there is a very small potential, minuet, but there, that you can test positive on a drug screen as well.
Can I take your products out of state?
Yes! BUT READ THIS FIRST!!!! Out of state does not mean out of country! Our products happen to be compliant with the USDA Farm Bill and are federally legal in all 50 states. However, since states also have the ability to enforce their own laws, some states do not allow Delta-8 products. Others do not allow for concentrations of Delta-9 THC over 10mg/unit (this means for our 20mg users, you might be running a foul if you travel to certain states.) Please be reminded that we are not lawyers, this is not official legal advice.
